Nominations open for the Cultural Advice Committee

The Gnaala Karla Booja Aboriginal Corporation is seeking nominations for two (2) men and one (1) woman to join the GKB Cultural Advice Committee for a three (3) year term.

The CAC is a group of Elders and traditional knowledge holders who consider matters relevant to culture and make decisions to promote and protect our cultural interests.

Nominations will be assessed by the GKB Board of Directors. If there are more than two (2) eligible candidates for each gender, an election will be held at a General Meeting on Saturday, 25 May 2024.

Applications must be received by 5pm on Wednesday, 3 April 2024.
