Expression of Interest for Independent Board Members of GKB Impact Pty Ltd

GKB Impact is a new innovative organisation dedicated to creating sustainable solutions that positively impact the Gnaala Karla Booja community.

There is a vacancy for two (2) independent board members who share our vision and commitment to change. Expressions of interest are invited from candidates with a strong background in financial management, governance, and/or business development.

These positions will be remunerated accordingly in line with monthly/bi-monthly board meetings and will serve a two-year term.

The ideal candidates will bring experience and expertise to the board, contributing to GKB Impact's strategic direction and ensuring robust oversight of operations. Independent board members will play a crucial role in guiding the organisation through a period of significant growth and transformation while ensuring financial sustainability and effective governance.
