Ranger Manager

Reporting to the Lands Manager, the Ranger Manager will play a crucial role in the conservation and management of natural resources in the South West region of Western Australia.

The Ranger Manager will manage a Ranger Coordinator and team of Rangers to undertake a combination of fieldwork, community engagement, and environmental education, aimed at preserving the unique ecosystems across land and marine environments.

Under Section 51 of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act 1984, Aboriginal peoples are encouraged to apply and identify themselves as being of Aboriginal descent. 

It’s a permanent full time role, based in Bunbury. The annual salary range is $124,578 - $134,744 depending on skills/experience, plus superannuation.

Ranger Coordinator

Reporting to the Ranger Manager, the Ranger Coordinator will play a crucial role in the conservation and management of natural resources in the South West region of Western Australia.

The Ranger Coordinator will supervise a team of Rangers, undertake a combination of fieldwork, community engagement, and environmental education, aimed at preserving the unique ecosystems across land and marine environments. 

Under Section 50(d) of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act 1984, Aboriginality is considered an essential criterion. Gnaala Karla Booja applicants are encouraged to apply.

It’s a permanent full time role, based in Bunbury. The annual salary range is $102,545 - $110,913 depending on skills/experience, plus superannuation.

Ranger
