Noongar artists sought for Byford Rail Extension

Expressions of Interest are invited from Noongar artists to take part in two public art projects as part of the Byford Rail Extension.

Artworks will be installed at the new Armadale and Byford Station Precincts, which will feature Noongar culture and will be designed to encourage connection and ownership by the community.

The artworks will be a collaborative design process between Noongar artists and Apparatus (Art Consultants), UDLA (Landscape Architecture), the MetCONNX Aboriginal and Community Engagement Teams, and the Local Cultural Advisory Group (LCAG).

Interested Noongar artists are invited to attend a briefing session to learn more about the project.
