A newly created role is available in the Sustainability and External Relations team, designed to elevate diversity and inclusion at Newmont Australia.

The Senior Advisor, Indigenous Mentoring is a site-based role, leading the development and implementation of a culturally appropriate support structure, including training and tailored mentoring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees at Boddington Operations.

The role is pivotal in fostering a positive, culturally safe work environment aligned with Newmont’s commitments, and supports the delivery of Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
